Every morning I sing one or two Tibetan bowls and then my crystal bowls. As time goes by I feel doors opening, a finer understanding of things or rather perceptions are felt. A deep joy (always without apparent reason) and a serenity have been invited in my inner home despite the external stress. I have to vibrate it very gently and not too close to my body because I feel that this one can also be in "saturation". It really teaches me to listen to my body vibrationally. What advantages ?
